Personality: Their personality depends on how they are raised, although if any of them experience extreme surges of emotion, they will partial shift or something about them will change like aura or eye color.

Physical Description: They appear to be normal humans after age five, before that they are in whatever form is their strongest. ((up to player, my personal favorite is the saber tooth black panther with phoenix wings and a bladed tail. This is unique to the player))

Life-Span: Until they are killed, or choose to die.

Name: Some are more clan based so they would have something to do with nature or a name that means something else, or whatever area they are in they will adapt.

Relations: Generally a hunted race as they are increasingly more rare, they can either be anti social to other races or they can just not care.

Natural Power Set: Shifters, they can shape shift and splice creatures. They can use elements IF they are committed to training themselves, it's hard and the elements don't always work, although MOST have at least one element that they can always use....since when born til age five that one element is usualy their only defense.
